I. Job responsibilities 

Organize investigation on theory of development and policies of this industry; draft development planning of the industry; coordinate with departments of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, based on the research subject on the policies and systems of social welfare and pension services, conduct law, regulation, and subject researches relating to social welfare and senior services to make suggestions and recommendations; and coordinate with organizing academic forums.
