I. Job responsibilities
1. Take charge of membership development: accept applications for membership, review the membership qualifications, propose suggestions on preliminary review, submit to a higher authority for approval according to the working procedures, and finally handle admission formalities.
2. Accept applications for director, managing director, vice president candidates, propose opinions on preliminary review, submit to a higher authority for approval according to the working procedures, and finally submit to the Member Representative Assembly (Council) for voting.
3. Cooperate with the Office to complete preparation and organization for Member Representative Assembly, the Council Meeting, the Standing Council Meeting, and the President Office Meeting.
4. Advocate the works of the association timely, mobilize and organize members to participate in the related activities of the association.
5.Take charge of daily management of the members, collect the members' basic information; build member profiles, and keep in touch with members; establish member family to provide policy and theory support and information service for members; provide reception service to officers and important guests; accept members' withdrawal applications and assist them to handle the withdrawal formalities.
6. Cooperate with the working committee to collect membership dues.
7. Learn information about members' work, feedback members' comments and suggestions to the officers.
8. Deliver members' information, and file email works; and collect member-related information and report related works.
