I. Job responsibilities 

Properly conduct research work of welfare enterprise; put forward reasonable suggestions according to related researches to improve related supportive policies in welfare enterprises; enhance publicity and promotion through major events, to create a favorable environment for development of welfare enterprises, and to make the whole society try to understand and pay attention to the welfare enterprises; build communication platforms for welfare enterprises by exchanges, discussions, forums, investigation and other forms; Provide marketing services for welfare enterprises on project introduction, product publicity, consultive management, financing and other aspects; and undertake relevant work entrusted by the government.
