Celebrating the 20th CPC National Congress and Enjoying fruits of the golden autumn

In the golden October, at the eve of the 20th CPC National Congress, in order to further strengthen the cohesion of elderly service industry and provide a exchange platform for members to share resources and provide mutual support, and based on the needs of the members, CASWSS has effectively utilized information technology and new media and creatively fostered the new membership service and management platform which collects talents and wisdom, share resources and provide high-quality services with convenience and efficiency. Today, this new platform has been formally established, demonstrating two main functions coordinating membership services and membership management:

1. Membership Service

The new platform enables users to access through multiple terminals and operation systems and provides multiple service functions including online registration, certificate download, online invoicing, promotion and demonstration, connect supply and demand, member training, catalogue reading, online submission, credits and bonus and notification check, etc.

2. Membership Management

The new platform provides services of digital management and digital value-added services through the Internet+ model, with six modules of main functions, which includes membership management, financial management, institution management, service management, notification management and data management. The members are intellectually served and managed, and the modules enjoy interconnection, which enhance the quality and efficiency of membership management.

To serve the industry and serve the members is our principles, which to concert efforts for innovation and promote development is our responsibility. After the establishment of the platform, Membership Department of CASWSS will also collect opinions from the public in time, continue to add to the functions of the platform, and provide sincere services to the members so as to join hands to tackle the difficulties.
