Forum on the Practice and Promotion of Senior Service Brand Building was successfully held at China National Convention Center on May 10, coinciding with the second Chinese Brands Day. As one of the most important sub-forums of CISSE2018, the meeting was hosted by China Association of Social Welfare and Senior Service and Zhongfu Senior Service Co., Ltd., co-organized by Hubei Wuhan Jianghan District Social Welfare Institute, Taihe Pure Land Corporation and Hunan Kangle Nianhua Senior Service Co., Ltd..
Forum on the Practice and Promotion of Senior Service Brand Building Successfully Held in Beijing
First, Feng Xiaoli, President of China Association of Social Welfare and Senior Service addressed the meeting and extended her warm congratulations on the successful organization of the forum. She expressed heartfelt acknowledgement to the present 12 speakers for their unremitting effort in cultivating senior service brands. She also explained what was the essence of brand, measurement criteria and cultivate methods at different levels. She pointed out that with the constant development of social economy and accelerating pace of aging, senior consumers’ demands in social, economic, cultural and service have gradually become diversified and complicated, which required higher level of service provided by nursing homes. The essential step in promoting senior service supply-side reform was to focus on brand building, introduce successful experience of brand cultivation in other areas; take standardization construction as the basis, take industrial evaluation and certificate as methods to help nursing homes to recognize and cultivate brands in scientific methods, as so to improve market competitiveness and achieve sustainable development. She earnestly hope that through the concerted effort of all of us, we would create more senior service brand institutions with Chinese characteristics during the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan, making great contributions to promote the scientific development of China’s senior service industry.

At the forum, leaders of senior service enterprises, practitioners of nursing homes gathered together to brainstorm ideas and delivered wonderful speeches on the theme of brands building and its practice and promotion of senior service nursing homes, which has effectively accelerated the creation and integration between domestic and foreign senior service brand building. The meeting achieved a great success.
