China Association of Social Welfare and Senior Service convened 2015 Annual Work Summary and Commendation Conference

On January 22, 2016, China Association of Social Welfare and Senior Service convened 2015 Annual Work Summary and Commendation Conference. The Meeting was hosted by Senior Vice President of China Association of Social Welfare and Senior Service Zhang Mingliang, and President Liu Guanghe attended the Meeting and made an important speech in the Meeting, Vice President and Secretary-General Feng Xiaoli made work summary in 2015 and made a deployment to works in 2016 on behalf of Association leading group. The Meeting commended winners of the Special Contribution Award, excellent managers, advanced workers, winners of Diligence Award and advanced groups in 2015.
 
In the Meeting, Vice President and Secretary-General Feng Xiaoli pointed out in the 2015 Association work summary that the Association leading group has led all the working personnel in overcoming difficulties and working hard under guidance of leading party group of Ministry of Civil Affairs and competent directors, under leadership of President Liu Guanghe and under great supports of all the employees, has actively cooperated with competent business divisions and bureaus of Ministry of Civil Affairs to promote work deployment for welfare service reform and innovation, intensify service responsibilities, reinforce service brands, strengthen regular management and promote team construction, and has better completed main annual work tasks in the past year, playing an important role in construction of social and welfare services and senior service industry. Especially that they have gained satisfying achievements in terms of cooperating with competent departments to promote the standardization construction of senior service industry, innovating to develop senior service talent training, intensifying "Senior Service Industry Expo" service brands, reinforcing welfare culture construction and enhancing domestic and overseas communication and cooperation. Besides, she pointed out in the Association deployment to works in 2016 that the Association would stick to the tenet and serve for development under the guidance of the leading party group of Ministry of Civil Affairs and competent directors in the following year; hold the positioning and confirm development direction; emphasize key points and intensify service functions; strengthen capacity construction, and enhance capacity for further development. Organize and lead cadres and employees to set up a firm faith, keep up spirits, face difficulties and work steadily to create a brand new pattern for construction and development of China Association of Social Welfare and Senior Service.
 
In the end, President Liu Guanghe made a conclusion. He firstly gave an affirmation to the achievements gained in 2015, and pointed out purposes of the Association Summary Conference. Firstly conclude common and specific experience according to the future works; secondly, conclude characteristics in the works, and stick to the works with characteristics, brands and influence.; thirdly, conclude confidence, clarify direction, and firmly do the business well. Meanwhile, he proposed several expectations and requirements with sincere words and earnest wishes: he pointed out that 2016 is the first year of The 13th Five-Year Plan and also a year of innovation and development after the Association changed name. In front of the regular election, the Association will stand on a new starting point to usher in new development and challenges. Each Association member shall firstly intensify legal person awareness, intensify a sense of responsibility, sense of honor and execution force, and consciously maintain Association rights; secondly, strengthen the consciousness of service, actively carry out various works, and practically perform responsibilities; thirdly, strengthen the consciousness of risk, and the Association should figure out the way to realize marketization and obtain socialized, professionalized and normalized development in front of various pressures and difficulties; fourthly, strengthen the consciousness of talents. The Association should intensify self construction according to state deployment and requirements for talent cultivation, and generate talents, achievements and experience to make China Association of Social Welfare and Senior Service a better association.
 
President Liu Guanghe also expressed his gratitude to all the working personnel for their hard working in this year on behalf of the Association leading group, and expected employees can unite together to obtain better achievements in each work item in the new year.
