The Association held the 2016 Second President Office Meeting

On February 29, 2016, President of China Association of Social Welfare and Senior Service Liu Guanghe hosted and convened the 2016 Second President Office Meeting where Senior Vice President Zhang Mingliang, Vice President and Secretary-General Feng Xiaoli, Deputy Secretary-General and personnel in charge of related departments attended.

The Meeting examined and approved the appointment of middle managers in 2016 and held "On-site Training Session for Standardized Construction Pilot Units of National Senior Service Institution", "Labor Contract for Social Organizations (revised)", repaid previous holiday allowances and other matters. Meeting minutes are as follows:  

I. The Meeting studied and discussed about appointment of Executive Vice Secretary-General Han Hua and working personnel of related departments.

The Meeting indicated that with the constant development of Association business and increasing growth of workload, it is necessary to cultivate professional full-time staff of social organization team. Han Hua has worked in the Association Office for four years and is familiar with the Association and social organizations and their working procedure, and was engaged in office works, works about party working women and other works in the Social Welfare Center of Ministry of Civil Affairs, with abundant experience.

Through the Meeting, it was decided to agree with appointing Han Hua as Executive Vice Secretary-General of the Association (refer to treatment to Secretary-General to execute); and agree with the suggestions about employment of 5 people including Jiang Xiaoling.

II. The Meeting examined and approved "Labor Contract for Social Organizations (revised)".

The Meeting studied the "Labor Contract for Social Organizations (revised)" submitted by the General Office. It was believed in the Meeting that the improved Labor Contract has further straightened labor relations and avoided human resource risk. The Meeting instructed the General Office to execute since March 1, 2016.

III. The Meeting studied and discussed matters related to "On-site Training Session for Standardized Construction Pilot Units of National Senior Service Institution".

It is believed in the Meeting that currently, senior service industrial standardization construction plays a role of vital importance, and it's just the time for the Association to convene the "On-site Training Session for Standardized Construction Pilot Units of National Senior Service Institution", which is of great significance. The Meeting instructed senior service standardization construction committee to carefully implement and organize works related to the training session in accordance with the meeting plan.

IV. The meeting examined and approved the "Implementation Plan for Repaying Previous Holiday Allowances".

The Meeting studied the "Implementation Plan for Repaying Previous Holiday Allowances" submitted by the Association Office. The Meeting decided to: instruct the Office and Financial Department to repay the holiday allowances paid in 2013 and 2014 in accordance with the Implementation Plan to firmly carry out the Eight Rules of the Central Party and Government and the "Notice on 'Five Forbids' and 'Three Advocacies' during New Year's Day and Spring Festival Holiday".
