CASWSS Expert Group went to Xi'an to made an interim examination on the senior service institutions standardization construction

On September 8th, CASWSS expert group, under the leadership of President Feng Xiaoli, made an interim examination on the senior service institutions standardization construction of Xi'an Senior Care and Rehabilitation Center and Xi'an Sanqiao Senior Care Home. Du Xuekong, President of Shannxi Social Welfare Center, Liu Xiaoyan, Vice President and Secretary General of Shannxi Social Welfare Center, Hu Minsheng, Deputy Director of Chang'an District of Xi'an, Tian Xuerang, Director of Civil Affairs Bureau of Chang'an District, Liu Songhuai, Researcher of National Research Center for Rehabilitation Technical Aids, Luo Yimin, Director of Standardization Research Department of National Research Center for Rehabilitation Technical Aids, Jiang Xiaoling, Director General of Senior Service Evaluation and Standardization Construction Committee, Zhao Bingdong,Director Assistant of Senior Service Vocational Training Department participated in the examination.

The expert group made inspection on the two institutions’ environment, facilities construction, facility layout, position setting, service delivery and quality management, and had a meeting on the standardization building process. Reports were made by Xu Minli, Head of Xi'an Senior Care and Rehabilitation Center,and Cao Peng, Head of Xi'an Sanqiao Senior Care Home. Experts made objective evaluations on the merits and drawbacks during its standardization construction progress and raised specific requirements.

In the end, President Feng expressed her sincere thanks to the district leader's attention and support to the pilot project, and made positive comments on Xi'an Senior Care and Rehabilitation Center and Xi'an Sanqiao Senior Care Home. Besides, she raised some suggestion on its further work. She said that it shall learn from other pilot untis, improve its facilities layout and talents training.
