The second phase of Capability Training Class for Managers at Child Welfare Institutions of Tibet opened

On Nov 6, The second phase of Capability Training Class for Managers at Child Welfare Institutions of Tibet was opened. This class is held by CASWSS and organized by Baoji Children’s Home in Shannxi Province.Feng Xiaoli, President of CASWSS, Wu Fuxiang, Director of Child Welfare Bureau of Social Affairs Department of Ministry of Civil Affairs, Zhang Mingliang, Standing Vice President of CASWSS, Dai Hongce, director of Civil Affairs Bureau in Baoji, Wang Dongpeng, head of Baoji Children’s Home attended this opening ceremony. 21 heads and nurses from Lhasa, xigaze, qamdo, naqu, nyingchi participate in this training.
Wu Fuxiang and Dai Hongce, praised Baoji Children's Home for its innovation work in the field of child welfare, and expressed their thanks to CASWSS for its organization of this training class in cooperaion with Baoji Children's Home and wished the class a success.

After the ceremony, Madam Feng gave a lesson with the theme of Leadership and Team Culture Construction to the heads, managers and key staff of child welfare center in Lhasa, xigaze, qamdo, naqu, nyingchi participate in this training. Madam Feng gave lectures in a lively manner from the aspects of how to improve the leadership, team culture, system culture and the material culture construction, and interacted enthusiastically with the students, and explained the importance of Leadership and team culture construction in simple terms.
