-- October 16 witnessed the holding of Inaugural Meeting of Community Home Endowment Service Branch of China Association of Social Welfare and Senior Service and Seminar of CASWSS Home Care Division in Beijing. Leaders like Feng Xiaoli, President of China Association of Social Welfare and Senior Service, Li Jianguo, President of Beijing Senior Care Industry Association, Tian Lanning, Vice President of China Association of Social Welfare and Senior Service, Han Hua Secretary General, and so forth attended the meeting. Moreover, there were 60 enterprises all over China and experts also attending the meeting. In the meeting, they examined and approved Working Regulations for Home Care Division of China Association of Social Welfare and Senior Service, The First Council's Candidates List of Community Home Endowment Service Branch of China Association of Social Welfare and Senior Service and List for Head Candidates of Home Care Division of China Association of Social Welfare and Senior Service; They elected Yao Li, the founder of Beijing Ciaijia Senior Care Co., Ltd., as President of CASWSS Home Care Division.
In the meeting, the seminar of community senior service was held. Zhang Xiaofeng, the Commissioner of Elderly Welfare Division of Elderly Welfare of Social Welfare and Charity Promotion Office in the Ministry of Civil Affairs; Li Jianguo, the President of Beijing Senior Care Industry Association and Hanne Helleshoej, the Dean of Denmark Basic Health Care College of Fredericia-Vejle-Horsens shared the research achievements with everyone.
-- On October 28, Feng Xiaoli, the President of China Association of Social Welfare and Senior Service, attended the "Opening ceremony of China (Yantai) International Elderly Care Services & Silver Industry Expo 2016" on the behalf of guiding unit for the exhibition and then delivered her speech in the ceremony. Li Deqiang, Former Vice President of Shandong Committee of CPPCC and the President of Shandong Geriatrics Association, Tai Enpu, the Vice President of China Aging Development Foundation, Heung Bong Cha, the President of South Korea's Welfare Association, Xiao Peishu, the Deputy Director of Shandong Provincial Committee on Ageing, Zhang Mengqiang, the Sub-inspector of Department of Civil Affairs of Shandong Province, Kong Weidong, the President of Shandong Household Service Association, Bai Yuguang, the President of Shandong Province Silver Industry Association, and some distinguished guests attended the opening ceremony of exhibition. Li Deqiang, the Former Vice President of Shandong Committee of CPPCC and the President of Shandong Geriatrics Association, declared to begin the exposition.
"Yantai International Elderly Care Services & Silver Industry Summit 2016" was held during the Expo. The forum focused on the topic of "Senior Service Sector and Aging Industry Development and Supply-side Structural Reform", and it was presided over by Liang Chuansong, the Director General of Yantai Civil Affairs Bureau. The president, Feng Xiaoli, attended the forum and made the speech with the theme of "Accelerating Development and Promotion Mechanism for Improving Senior Service and Management Technology to Facilitate Scientific Development of the Industry".
On that day, President Feng Xiaoli along with expert group performed the acceptance of Project for 2016 Standardized Pilot Construction of National Senior Service Institution in Yantai Senior Service Welfare Center. All experts from the different angles investigated the standardization construction and then put forward perfecting suggestions in details.
-- On October 31, Dominique BOURGINE, the chairman of Edfo Nursing Institution in France along with another two partners came to the association to negotiate the cooperation, and had a panel discussion with the President Feng Xiaoli and the related persons in charge. The two sides have reached the cooperation intention in the aspects of brand cultivation and talent training in the senior service sector, and will sign a cooperation framework agreement in the period of "6th China International Senior Care Services Expo" in 2017.
