Forum on 100 Elderly Service Brands Achievements Held in Beijing

On 6 May 2023, as one of the highlights of the 9th China International Senior Services Expo, the Forum on 100 Elderly Service Brands Achievements was held in Beijing - China National Convention Center concurrently. The conference was hosted by China Association of Social Welfare and Senior Service (CASWSS) and organized by Shanghai Jinzhifu Elderly Services (Group) Co., Ltd., Hunan Kangle Nianhua Elderly Services Industry Group Co., Ltd. and JBINFO. Feng Xiaoli, President of CASWSS, attended the conference and delivered a speech; Li Zhiyuan, Secretary of the Leading Party Members’ Group and Director of the Civil Affairs Department of Shaanxi Province, Dong Pu, Secretary of the Leading Party Members’ Group and Director of the Civil Affairs Department of Heilongjiang Province and other local civil affairs department leaders attended the conference. The forum was hosted by Han Hua, Secretary General of CASWSS. More than 300 people attended the conference, including experts from relevant famous domestic elderly service brand institutions.

In her speech, President Feng Xiaoli, on behalf of the leadership team of CASWSS, firstly expressed her heartfelt thanks to all the industry colleagues who have long been supporting and helping the innovative development of the elderly service industry, and saluted colleagues in the elderly service field for their efforts to boldly engage in innovation, brave to shoulder responsibilities, address difficulties and hardships and cultivate brands during the development of the elderly service industry in China over the past ten years. She said that over the past 13 years since its establishment, CASWSS has innovated in the R&D of ten elderly service models, conducted pilot and promotional campaign for elderly service standardization building, nurtured professional skill talents for elderly service and injected impetus for institutions. Through these methods, CASWSS cultivated more than 200 brand institutions on standardization building nationwide during the 13th Five-Year Plan period leading the branding development of elderly care institutions in various provinces and cities. During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, encouraged by the national strategy of actively responding to population ageing, China's elderly service industry has ushered in the spring of development. The purpose of today’s forum is to promote the practical achievements of brand organizations to boost the overall development, encouraging CASWSS members to emulate the fine examples, position themselves scientifically and pursue innovative development so as to create brands of elderly services with Chinese characteristics in the region and the country as a whole. With a trend of full blossom of a hundred flora in spring, we would boost the implementation and practice of government policies. She encouraged the members of the association to actively cooperate with the work arrangements made by local civil affairs departments on promoting the high-quality development of elderly care services, work closely with outstanding brand organizations, and join hands with confidence to march forward, thus creating a path of scientific development with Chinese characteristics for the elderly service industry.

On the forum, Feng Sheng, President of Zhangyou Senior Care Services Group Co., Ltd.shared their understanding and practical exploration of elderly service over the past 13 years. Yao Li, Founder of Beijing Ci'aijia Senior Care Services Co. Ltd. With the theme of Ci’aijia being a social enterprise as well as a school, introduced the way Ci’aijia promoted home-based elderly care through displaying the influence of social enterprises. Xu Bing, Chairman of Shanghai Jinzhifu Elderly Service (Group) Co., Ltd. introduced the cultivation of the Jinfu brand to help construct the high-quality elderly service system. Tan Yiliang, Chairman of Shanghai Jiurucheng Enterprise (Group) Co., Ltd., through the aspects of quality, virtue and integrity, shared the development of Jiurucheng in the elderly service industry over the past 15 years. Cui Ronghua, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of ROFFAR shared their experience in promoting the construction of health care management system with a speech entitled by Listening to the Voice of Healthcare. Wang Daqing, Chairman of Zhejiang Yuntian Group Co., Ltd. And Founder of the brand Golden Age reflected on the development of the brand over nearly 20 years.Golden Age have settled a path of exploration featured by ‘government guidance, society participation, market operation’, and has fostered a Zhejiang Example of beautiful life of retirement. Yuan Yunli, Chairman of Hunan Knaglenianhua Elderly Industry Group Co., Ltd. Introduced the journey of growth of the brand Kanglenianhua. Zhang Dengguo, Chairman of JBINFO introduced their way to assist elderly service with technology through his speech entitled by Service Being the Soul of Elderly Service while Technology Being its Wing. Wang Jun, Chairman of Xinjiang Wujialebao Elderly Industry Co., Ltd. introduced how the company boosted the high quality development of health care for Xinjiang Provincial Construction Corp from 4 aspects including brand introduction, brand development, future plan of products and future plan of services. Qin Guanglin, Vice President of Heilongjiang Seafarer's General Hospital (Provincial Sixth Hospital), shared how the Seafarer's General Hospital promoted the high-quality development of senior health services by advancing the combination of medical and health care; Liu Dongqiang, Vice President of Chongqing Guangdabailingbang Healthcare Industry Group Co. Ltd. introduced their reflections and practices of the road of elderly care industry and the related industrial chain. Xie Hongying, Chair and General Manager of Zhuhai Hepin Health Technology Co., Ltd. Introduced the concept and implementation of Congnitive Care Unit the concept and implementation of Congnitive Care Unit. Wang Haiyun, Director of Yangzhou Social Welfare Centre Yihe Nursing Home, shared how to build Yangzhou Yihe Nursing Home with love and affection. Ma Ke, Chairman of Ningxia Yuehai Elderly Care Group, shared how to maintain a 10-year high occupancy rate through the construction of the elderly service talent team.

On the forum, the splendid speeches of the guests aroused strong resonance among the audiences. They listened to the speeches attentively and took notes carefully. The forum as a platform for sharing, is beneficial for guiding elderly service institutions to implement brand construction through concrete deeds, and make further contribution to improving the service quality and management level of elderly service, as well as the well-bring of older people’s life. The forum achieved great success.
