Forum on the Integration of Senior Care and Medical Service Successfully Held in Beijing

On May 10, as one of the most important sub-forums of The 7th China International Senior Services Expo, Forum on the Integration of Senior Care and Medical Service was successfully held at China National Convention Center, Beijing. The Forum was hosted by China Association of Social Welfare and Senior Service(CASWSS), China Association for Life Care, co-organized by Integration of Senior Care and Medical Service branch of CASWSS and Lvkang Medical Care Group, and supported by Ningbo Yuyaoshun Lvkang Nursing Home, Hangzhou West Lake Lvkang Geriatric Rehabilitation Hospital. Totally 200 leaders, experts, scholars and industrial talents from home and abroad    attended the meeting.

Li Jianhua, Director-General of China Association for Life Care, Liu Zhigui, Vice-President of China Association of Social Welfare and Senior Service addressed the meeting and extended their congratulations on the successful organization of the Forum, and fully affirmed the efforts of innovative practice for the integration of senior care and medical service made by Integration of Senior Care and Medical Service branch of CASWSS and Lvkang Medical Care Group, and encouraged each member unit and social talents to continuously make contributions to the scientific development of senior service industry through the constant exploration and practice.

Zhuo Yongyue, President of Integration of Senior Care and Medical Service branch of CASWSS and Chairman of Lvkang Medical Care Group delivered a keynote speech titled Practice in Building a Standardized System for Institutions Integrating Senior Care and Medical Service in terms of current situation of China’s senior service industry, Practice of Building a Standardization System in Nursing Home of Integration of Senior Care and Medical Service of Lvkang and perspective of standardization system of Lvkang Integration of Senior Care and Medical Service.

The famous aging expert Wu Danxing delivered a keynote speech titled Development Trend of the Integration of Senior Care and Medical Service in China in the Context of the Deepening Reform. Liu Dong, Chairman of Beijing Dingtai Yihe Health Consulting Co., Ltd., Duan Xuan, Founder & CEO of Youhu Wanjia (Beijing) Senior Service Co., Ltd.; Chairman of Beijing Anping Investment Co., Ltd., Zhao Lei, Managing Director of Jiantou Jiahao Equity Investment Fund Management Company, Deng Qing, Vice Director of Qinggang Senior Care Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, Liu Jicheng, Party Secretary and Dean of Qiqihar Medical University, Xu Jiacheng, General Manager of Hainan Aged Care Community Co., Ltd. and other domestic experts introduced their experience in field of integration of senior care and medical service.

In addition, Jean-Louis DAVET, Executive President of VYV Mutual Insurance Group (France) delivered a speech titled a Comprehensive Approach Of Healthy Ageing, Combining Prevention, Care And Financing, Wouter Bolsius, Chairman of Netherlands Contexture Architects delivered a speech titled The impact of environment for patients and seniors: “the healing environment”, Xu Jingwei, Operations Director of Nursing Training of Nichii Group delivered a speech titled Thoughts on and Practice of Integrated Medical Service and Senior Care, shared with the audience their advanced concept and practical experience of integration of senior care and medical service in other countries.

During the forum, speeches delivered by 10 domestic and foreign authoritative experts and scholars tightly attached to the topic of integration of senior care and medical service. All experts and scholars discussed the current situation and industrial dynamics of integration of senior care and medical service in a novel perspective, professional interpretation and keen visions. Their wonderful speeches received positive and strong response. The lively site was filled with audiences. The forum brought together domestic and foreign industrial leaders to express their opinions, which would surely had a positive significance in guiding the development of integration of senior care and medical service and boosting the quality of care for the elderly.
