The first phase of Capability Training Class for Managers at Child Welfare Institutions of Tibet, which is held by CASWSS and organized by Prince of Peace Children’s Home and Children Rehabilitation Center closed successfully in Wuqing, Tianjin. Feng Xiaoli, President of CASWSS, Feng Liwei, Vice Secretary General of CASWSS, Chen Meiwen, head of Prince of Peace Children’s Home and Children Rehabilitation Center presented at the Closing Ceremony.

Before the ceremony, Madam Feng gave a lesson with the theme of Leadership and Team Culture Construction to the heads, managers and key staff of child welfare center in Lhasa, xigaze, qamdo, naqu, nyingchi participate in this training. Madam Feng gave lectures in a lively manner from the aspects of how to improve the leadership, team culture, system culture and the material culture construction, and interacted enthusiastically with the students, and explained the importance of Leadership and team culture construction in simple terms.

During the discussion, the participants spoke with heartfelt thanks to CASWSS for organizing the training course and thanked Madam Feng for her guidance on strengthening the leadership and team culture from a high-level perspective. The participants agreed that after returning to Tibet, they will translate the study results into practical results, cultivate the best talents with the most hard, so as to contribute to the cause of welfare!

After 10 days training, the course staff and students has established a deep relationship. Madam Feng Xiaoli hopes that the students will grow rapidly in the process of learning and communication. She hopes that the students will bloom in Tibet like the beautiful galsang flower, and constantly promote the development of Tibetan child welfare.

The Capability Training Class for Managers at Child Welfare Institutions of Tibet was held for the first time in our country, providing valuable learning and communication opportunities for managers in Tibetan child welfare institutions to go out of Tibetan areas, and will play a positive role to promote the scientific management of children welfare institutions in Tibet.
