Training Course of the Nutritionist for the Elderly started in Beijing

On November 15, "2016 National Senior Service Professional Training - Training Course of the Nutritionist for the Elderly" of China Association of Social Welfare and Senior Service was begun in Peking Union Medical College. Han Hua, the Secretary General of China Association of Social Welfare and Senior Service, and He Zhong, theDean of Continuing Studies College of Peking Union Medical College, attended the ceremony and made their speeches. There were 34 trainees, from the second batch of standardization pilot units for senior service institutions in more than 20 provinces and cities throughout the country, taking part in this learning activity. After the completion of the training, the trainees who had completed the required school hours examinations were awarded the Training Certificate in Nutritional Skills for Senior Citizens jointly issued by the China Association of Social Welfare and Senior Service and the Peking Union Medical College Training Center.
