CISSE 2015 Crowned with Complete Success

On May 8, with the theme of “Cohesion of Intelligence and Strength, Innovation, Share, Harmonious Development”, The 4th China International Senior Service Expo (CISSE 2015) and the 4th Forum on the Development of Chinese Senior Service Industry were crowned with a complete success at China National Convention Center in Beijing. With “Thanksgiving, Care, Service, Development” continues to be its mission, the expo exhibited achievements and products to meet the demand of elderly’s daily life and senior service industry, exchanged advanced concepts, management skill and experiences of senior service sector from home and abroad.
With the progressive guidance and promotion of government, senior service enterprises and organizations from both China and overseas countries participated the expo with great enthusiasm. 242 enterprises and associations from home and abroad attended the expo in total. The number of enterprises increased 79.4% compared with CISSE 2014. The number of international exhibitors increased by 10%. Total visitors reached approximately 50000. Visiting groups organized by 12 countries and 27 provincial, municipal and autonomous region’s Civil Affair’s Bureau, with the number of around 2200, attended the expo. 103 scholars from home and abroad had in-depth communication and exchanges on the achievements and practices in the senior service sector at the 4th Forum on the Development of Chinese Senior Service Industry and 10 subsequent sub-forums. More than 100 news media, including CCTV, Xinhua News Agency, People’s Daily, Xinhua Net, Beijing TV, Beijing Daily, CPPCC Net, reported the expo. CISSE 2015 achieved complete success.
Zhang Meiying, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the 11th Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) indicated CISSE was becoming ever-better year by year, receiving general recognition and appraise from both domestic and international senior service sector. Dr. Jane Barratt, Secretary General of IFA spoke highly of CISSE 2015, expressing that the firm resolution of Chinese government, as well as the rapid promotion and adoption of information technology in senior service sector was amazing, China is surely to be the leading force in innovating senior service sector.
