The "Program" mentioned the development of twelve industries

Shenzhen Government would also focus on building Shenzhen-Hong Kong cross-border E-business ecosystem, mainly building Qianhai (Hong Kong) Global Commodity Bonded Exhibition Trading Center, China Merchants Group (Shekou) Imported Consumer Goods Outlet Center, Western Logistics and Global Commodity Bonded Exhibition Trading Center, Futian Bonded Exhibition and Cross-Border E-business Trading Center, Luohu Bonded Exhibition Trading and Cross-Border E-business Experience Center and a series of other major projects.

Besides, Shenzhen Government would also develop parallel pilot for imported vehicles to enrich vehicle consumption supply. Further promote the construction of parallel pilot for imported vehicle, explore to establish a platform operation mode integrated with trading, service, insurance and management by virtue of internet technology, and build an international imported vehicle trading center integrated with imported vehicle trading, exhibition, sales, services and other functions in Qianhai District as soon as possible.

Encourage the development of endowment housing

In order to innovate and expand consumer demands, it has also mentioned in the "Program" to encourage the development of endowment housing and the improvement of residential environment for the aged. Encourage the construction of senior residence with perfect facilities and unique design, and sell to the aged families.
