Number of Beijing Appointed Hospitals of Medical Insurance Increased by 487

Recently, Beijing Municipal Medical Insurance Bureau announced that 139 medical institutions including Beijing Tongrentang Wangfujing Chinese Traditional Medicine Hospital, as well as 348 pharmacies including Kuangjie Branch of Beijing Junlitang Pharmacy Chain Co., Ltd. have passed the city-level assessment of newly appointed medical institutions and the list was publicized. They will be officially included in the appointed hospitals if there is without any doubt during the publicity period.

Beijing Municipal Medical Insurance Center had been publicizing the list of designated medical institutions of basic medical insurance agreements management in the year of 2018 since 24^th December. Majority of those designated medical institutions are community health service stations, village clinics and senior care centers. Such arrangement will lead more and more people to seek medical advice from hospitals near homes. 

Reporters learned that the publicity period is from 24^th to 28^th, December. Questions about whether those medical institutions meet the relevant national and municipal regulations are welcomed to Beijing Municipal Medical and Insurance Management Center.
