Tianjin’s Nursing Homes Absorbed Poor Labor Force Will Be Given Subsidies

“Encourage municipal public employment services to establish employment poverty alleviation base and poverty alleviation workshops in the pairing-assistance and eastern and western collaboration areas. Each employment poverty alleviation base will be funded RMB100,000 one-time, each poverty alleviation workshop will be funded RMB50,000 one-time.” Reporters learned from Tianjin Human Resources and Social Security Bureau(HRSSB) that Tianjin will support the establishment of employment poverty alleviation base and workshops, support enterprises to absorb poor labor forces to get employment in Tianjin nursing homes. 

Leader of Tianjin Human Resources and Social Security Bureau introduced that, quote, input poor labor force who signed labor contracts and work stably for three months will be provided RMB 600 per person of employment and business service subsidy. Encourage poor labor force to service in Tianjin’s nursing homes and sign labor contracts for more than one year, offering 2-year job subsidy and 3-year social insurance subsidy based on regulations. 

In addition, the leader from Tianjin Human Resources and Social Security Bureau also introduced that in order to promote the employment of poor labor force importing from pairing-assistance and eastern and western collaboration area, quote, the absorbed poor labor force who signed labor contracts and worked stably for three months will be offered job subsidy and social insurance subsidy according to Tianjin standards. Employment internship subsidy will be paid to poor labor force aged 16 to 24 according to the current subsidy standard.
